Earned Vacation Pay. In accordance with Section 4.16 and Schedule 4.16, Sellers shall pay in immediately available funds an amount equal to the Estimated Earned Vacation Amount for all Transitioned Employees. Purchaser shall in turn pay or credit to the operator of the Facilities an amount equal to the amount Purchaser receives pursuant to the prior sentence.
