Earn Rates. Your earn rate will depend on which card you have. Subject to these terms and conditions, the effective earn rate for every $1 in purchases is as follows: For American Express Aeroplan Business Reserve Card • 3 Aeroplan points for every $1 of eligible Air Canada purchases charged to your card account • 2 Aeroplan points for every $1 of eligible Hotel and Car Rental purchases • 1 Aeroplan point for every $1 of other card purchases Eligible Air Canada purchases means only those Air Canada purchases made directly with Air Canada as the merchant. It also includes Air Canada Vacations packages purchased directly from Air Canada. However, not every Air Canada purchase is eligible. The earn rate is 1 Aeroplan point for every $1 in card purchases (and not 2 or 3 Aeroplan points) if the Air Canada purchase is not made directly with Air Canada. This may happen if you make an Air Canada purchase using your card at another merchant or service provider that sells Air Canada goods or services. For example, purchasing (i) Air Canada tickets from an online website other than Air Canada, through a travel agent including American Express Travel Services, or as part of a vacation package from another merchant, (ii) Air Canada gift cards, or (iii) Air Canada Maple Leaf Club memberships. If you make a purchase through Air Canada with another merchant such as a hotel or car rental booking on the xxxxxxxxx.xxx website, it is not an Air Canada purchase and the earn rate is 1 Aeroplan point for every $1 in card purchases (and not 2 or 3 Aeroplan points). Eligible hotel & car rental purchases are purchases at American Express merchants whose primary business is hotel and lodging or car rental as categorized on American Express Systems. Eligible purchases are bookings made directly with the car rental or hotel as the merchant and paid for with your Card. Purchases made through American Express Travel Services are also eligible. Purchases made through Air Canada, Air Canada Vacations, travel agencies (other than American Express Travel Services), tour operators, and online travel sites are not eligible. Bonus earn rates including Air Canada, hotel and car rental purchases will not apply, or you will not earn extra points, if a merchant category for a purchase is not identified.   • Compensation Rates Each of the compensation rates to be paid by Buyer to Seller for Product delivered under this Agreement as set forth below shall be populated with the values as selected by Buyer in accordance with Appendix XIV. The Compensation Rates are as follows:

  • Accrual Rates All eligible employees shall accrue vacation pay according to the following rates:

  • Service Rates The rates for services provided to a specific child by the Provider shall be set forth in the PSO for the child. The Provider may not increase the rate for any service described in a PSO during the term of the PSO unless the PSO provides for an automatic rate increase option, in which case the rate may only be increased in the initial month of the Buyer’s fiscal year and must be agreed to in writing by the Buyer. The provider is required to have all services and rate information entered and up-to-date in the Service Fee Directory by the beginning of the contract year. The Provider shall provide to the Buyer written notice of any planned rate increase (90 days) prior to the initial month of the Buyer’s next fiscal year. Such written notice shall contain the justification for the increase and shall be submitted in triplicate to the Buyer’s Children’s Services Act Manager.

  • Base Rates Attached to and made a part of this Agreement is Appendix A which sets forth the straight-time hourly rates for all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Contribution Rates ‌ The Employer's contribution rate to the pension fund shall be 8% of each employee's gross monthly earnings. If the Company hires an employee with no prior training or experience at a rate of pay higher than the Start Rate, it shall raise the existing wage rate of all incumbents in that title and Market to match the rate of pay for the newly hired employee effective with the date of hire.
