Business planning and quality improvement processes This Agreement details the requirements and expectations that early years providers must meet in order to be eligible to deliver free early education entitlements for eligible children and to claim and receive the Department for Education (“DfE”) Early Years National Funding for the provision of such services. It covers the following: The 15 hour entitlement for children of eligible working parents from the age of 9 months, the term following the child’s 9 month birthday, 38 weeks a year. (commencing Sept 2024) The 15 hours entitlement for children of eligible working parents from the age of 2, the term after the child’s 2nd birthday, 38 weeks a year. The 15 hours for the most disadvantaged 2-year-olds the term after the child’s 2nd birthday, 38 weeks a year. The 15 hours universal funding for parents of 3 and 4-year-old children, the term after the child’s 3rd birthday, 38 weeks a year. The 30 hours entitlement for children of eligible working parents, the term after the child’s relevant birthday (as above), 38 weeks a year. (commencing Sept 2025) The Agreement will be kept under review and updated as necessary to reflect any changes to national guidance and legislation, as mentioned above. Any references to legislation will be to that legislation being amended from time to time, without express variation of the Agreement (or charges).   • Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
