Early Termination or Discontinuation. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, if Customer terminates any Service ordered under this Agreement after the Start of Service Date but prior to the expiration of the Service Term set forth in any Service Order or Exhibit A, or for any early termination of Service due to an event of default by Customer for which Syringa has a right of termination of any Service prior to the expiration of the Service Term, Customer will be liable to Syringa for the Early Termination Liability as follows:
