Common use of Early Termination of the Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Early Termination of the Employment Period. If, during the Initial Term or any Extended Term, as applicable, the Executive’s employment terminates for any reason, including but not limited to, the Executive’s death or Disability (as hereinafter defined), termination by the Employers with or without Cause (as hereinafter defined) or voluntary termination by the Executive with or without Good Reason (as hereinafter defined), the Employment Period shall thereupon end and, except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall terminate upon the effective date of such termination as set forth in a Notice of Termination (as hereinafter defined).

Early Termination of the Employment Period. IfNotwithstanding Section 1(b) hereof, during the Initial Term or any Extended Employment Period shall end and this Agreement shall terminate if, prior to the end of the Term, as applicable, the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates for any reason, including but not limited to, the Executive’s death or Disability (as hereinafter defined), termination by the Employers Company with or without Cause (as hereinafter defined) ), or voluntary termination by the Executive with or without Good Reason (as hereinafter defined)Executive. In such event, the Employment Period shall thereupon end and, except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall terminate upon the effective date of such termination as set forth in a Notice of Termination (as hereinafter defined)termination.
