Early Termination Charges for Moves, Changes. Customer will not be charged the full Early Termination Charge set forth in part (b) of the preceding clause for moves or changes. Instead, for moves or changes to Optimized Services the Early Termination Charge described in part (b) of the preceding clause will be reduced by the recurring Charges for the replacement Optimized Service multiplied by the number of months in the new Service Commitment. To qualify as a move or change, changes to the Optimized Services must be placed at the same time with related coordinated implementation

  • Early Termination Charges A-48 If this Agreement is terminated prior to its End Date pursuant to Clauses 42A-42, 43(a) or A- 43(c), the Home Customer shall pay to the Company an Early Termination Charge equivalent to (Termination Rate x Unexpired Months) where:
