Early Morning Shift. (a) The Employee will receive an early morning shift allowance if the Employee is required to work a full shift that commences prior to 5.00am.
Early Morning Shift start before 6.00am and finish after 9.00am and before 2.00pm;
Early Morning Shift. A shift worker while on early morning shift shall be paid a shift allowance of twelve point five (12.5) per cent in addition to the ordinary rate provided for in the said clause 17.
Early Morning Shift. Monday to Friday – commencing at or after 4am and before 6am - 10%
Early Morning Shift as part of a rotating roster shall commence after 5.20am and before 6.20am.
Early Morning Shift. Early morning shift means a shift which commences not earlier than 0500 but prior to 0600 Employees working this shift will be paid 15 % extra for the period of the shift. Shift workers will be granted in each shift a meal break of not less than twenty minutes duration plus two tea-breaks of not more than fifteen minutes duration which will count as time worked. The meal break will be taken within five hours of commencing ordinary shift; provided however, that where an employee works more than five hours without a meal break, the employee will be paid at overtime rates until the meal break commences. Summertime early start provision: Work required to be performed before the normal hours of duty for a period of not more than four (4) weeks in duration, will be taken as Time in Lieu of Overtime (TOIL) by employees. XXXX will be taken at the rate of time and one half for all time worked.
