In the event that Registrar fails to pay its fees within five (5) days of the date when due, VNDS may: (i) stop accepting new initial or renewal registrations from Registrar; (ii) delete the domain names associated with invoices not paid in full from the Registry database; (iii) give written notice of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.1(b) below; and (iv) pursue any other remedy under this Agreement.

  • Permit Fees All Permit fees paid to regulatory agencies for approvals directly attributable to the Project. These permit fees do not include those permits required to be paid by the construction Contractor.

  • Non-Payment The Borrower or any other Loan Party fails to pay (i) when and as required to be paid herein, any amount of principal of any Loan or any L/C Obligation, or (ii) within three days after the same becomes due, any interest on any Loan or on any L/C Obligation, or any fee due hereunder, or (iii) within five days after the same becomes due, any other amount payable hereunder or under any other Loan Document; or

  • Early Payment You may pay all or any part of your Outstanding Loan Balance at any time without notice, penalty or bonus.
