Early Exit. Anything to the contrary in this Lease notwithstanding, Landlord shall have the right in Landlord's sole election, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant, or sooner on the effective date of any applicable court order, to terminate this Lease in the event of any of the following causes:
Early Exit. As stated above, we will not be increasing rates until next year for Licensed Code Support Agreements.
Early Exit. In the case of Multi-year Agreements, a penalty may be accessed against the Customer for early exit. The termination penalty may not exceed the balance of the agreement, reflecting the fee normally assessed each year for the annual support of the Licenses as specified in Exhibit A.
Early Exit. All “impacted” employees, as defined in this Agreement, shall have the opportunity to take this package in advance of the redeployment process. Staff that elect to take this package will be eligible for both the Active Transition Work Period and the Garden Leave period unless the periods are waived pursuant this Agreement. Impacted employees opting for Early Exit are subject to all terms and conditions of OSF’s Early Exit Document (Exhibit A).
Early Exit. (Updated December 2023) Based on requests from labor groups and non‐organized staff around the organization, OSF recognizes that staff members who are identified as impacted by the current transformation might want to leave the organization at an earlier point than expected as part of the proposed separation terms. OSF has therefore decided to offer early access to the Global Separation Proposal to staff who would like to exit early from the organization, subject to the provisions set out below.
Early Exit. Pursuant to Article R 442-17 of the Labour Code, cases of early exit are as follows:
Early Exit. If CCB Intl exits early within the 2-year fixed investment period or after its choosing of an extension of the investment period, it must consult and reach agreement with VisionChina and Champ Elysee.

If a Party desires to cease its involvement with the development of any particular Collaboration Work Product after a period of ***** has elapsed since the date upon which the relevant Collaboration Compounds and Collaboration Target was designated as such by the Research Committee, but not the Collaboration as a whole, then the Parties will dispose of that particular Collaboration Work Product in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 9.5.
Early Exit. Wxxxxxxxx shall retain full discretion through the Effective Resignation Date to terminate his employment prior to the Effective Resignation Date, upon two (2) weeks written notice (“Early Exit”). In the event of an Early Exit, his employment shall end two (2) weeks after the date Wxxxxxxxx tenders written notice of his Early Exit, unless another date is mutually agreed upon between the Company and Wxxxxxxxx (the “Early Exit Date”), and Wxxxxxxxx shall be relieved of any and all employment responsibility as of the Early Exit Date. The Company shall be relieved of any obligations to make payments or provide other compensation as set forth in the Employment Agreement or this Agreement except for the payment of salary and benefits and reimbursement of approved business expenses through the Early Exit Date.
Early Exit. In cases of violation of university and program policies, such as scientific misconduct and harassment, the eligibility and membership for the PhD program will be terminated. Like any relationship, our mentor-mentee relationship may not work out. If there are conflicts in our interests, we will have an open discussion to find our common ground and shared interests. If we cannot find common ground, I will work with you and the graduate coordinator for an early termination of our mentoring relationship.
