Early Deliveries. If Flyer receives any Product in advance of its scheduled delivery date, without Flyer’s prior written authorization, Flyer may, at its option, return such Product to Supplier at Supplier’s risk and expense or store such Product at Supplier’s expense and payment may be withheld until sixty (60) days after the scheduled delivery date.
Early Deliveries. Supplier may deliver Products up to fourteen calendar days before the specified date of delivery of such Products as set out in the relevant Purchase Order.
Early Deliveries. If Products are delivered more than [***] in advance of the Delivery Dates, Customer may, at its option, either return the Products at Open-Silicon’s expense or keep the Products with payment due as provided in this Agreement.
Early Deliveries. Vivint Solar reserves the right to refuse delivery of any quantity of Products more than that specified in its Purchase Order and any deliveries to the Destination Point(s) made more than five (5) days in advance of the Delivery Date specified for such Products. Vivint Solar may return, freight collect, all Products received prior to such date or in excess of the quantity specified in the applicable Purchase Order, or may, at its option, retain such Products with payment deferred until it would otherwise be due as though the Invoice was submitted on the original Scheduled Ship Date.
Early Deliveries. Upon reasonable advance Written Notice to Buyer, Supplier may deliver any Component to the Delivery Point in advance of the Anticipated Delivery Date if there is adequate storage and security available at the Delivery Point and such early deliveries do not unreasonably interfere with the work to be performed by Buyer and the BOP Contractors. Supplier shall pay any and all costs associated with such early delivery (including the cost of storage and security) from the date of such early delivery until the Anticipated Delivery Date.
Early Deliveries. KLSI will not ship Components to Immersion, Immersion's customers or the Affiliates more than [****] prior to the scheduled delivery date without Immersion's prior written consent. Immersion, Immersion's customers and the Affiliates will be entitled to return any Components delivered more than [****] days in advance of the scheduled delivery date at KLSI's risk and expense and Immersion's account will be credited.
Early Deliveries. Upon no less than _____* days’ advance written notice to Buyer, Supplier may Deliver any Component to the Delivery Point up to _____* days in advance of the Anticipated Delivery Date if there is adequate storage and security available at the Delivery Point and such early Deliveries do not unreasonably interfere with or accelerate the work to be performed by Buyer and its contractors and subcontractors. Supplier shall pay any and all incremental costs associated with any early Delivery to the Delivery Point (including the cost of storage and security and maintenance of the Turbine Equipment pursuant to the Storage Instructions at any Delivery Point other than the Assumed Delivery Point) from the date of such early Delivery until the Anticipated Delivery Date.
Early Deliveries. Purchaser reserves the right to refuse delivery of any quantity of Products in excess of that specified in its Purchase Order.
