Common use of Early Completion Clause in Contracts

Early Completion. Seller may, but shall not be required to, achieve Commercial Operation on a date that is earlier than the Commercial Operation Date Deadline; provided, however, if Seller intends or expects to achieve Commercial Operation on a date that is earlier than three (3) months prior to the Commercial Operation Date Deadline, it must so notify Buyer in writing of such date by no later than six (6) months prior to the Commercial Operation Date.
