E-Verify Requirements. To the extent applicable under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 41- 4401, the Contractor and its subcontractors warrant compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to their employees and their compliance with the E-verify requirements under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 23-214(A). Contractor’s or its subcontractor’s failure to comply with such warranty shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of this Agreement by the City.
E-Verify Requirements. (a) If this contract is awarded pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS) 143-129 – (i) the contractor represents and covenants that the contractor and its subcontractors comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the NCGS; (ii) the words "contractor," "contractor’s subcontractors," and "comply" as used in this subsection (a) shall have the meanings intended by NCGS 143-129(j); and (iii) the City is relying on this subsection (a) in entering into this contract. (b) If this contract is subject to NCGS 143-133.3, the contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the NCGS.
E-Verify Requirements. In accordance with A.R.S. § 41-4401, Contractor warrants compliance with all Federal immigration laws and regulations relating to employees and warrants its compliance with Section A.R.S. § 23-214, Subsection A.

To the extent applicable under Arizona Revised Statute § 41‐ 4401, the Contractor and its subcontractors warrant compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to their employees and their compliance with the E‐verify requirements under Arizona Revised Statute § 23‐214(A). The Contractor or subcontractor’s breach of the above‐mentioned warranty shall be deemed a material breach of the Contract and may result in the termination of the Contract by the Town of Buckeye. The Town of Buckeye retains the legal right to randomly inspect the papers and records of the Contractor or subcontractor employee who work on the Contract to ensure that the Contractor and its subcontractors are complying with the above‐mentioned warranty.
