E-Commerce. Our online sales and e-commerce services available via The Website are provided by us as an agent for third party suppliers. Where we are acting as a supplier for a third party the following conditions apply:

E-Commerce. 40.1.1 The Parties will cooperate in performing their respective obligations under this Services Agreement in an electronic environment. This does not relieve either Party of its obligations under this Services Agreement.

E-Commerce. The parties to this agreement will offer advanced courses in accordance with this written agreement. KDE programs of study will conform to the curriculum guidelines developed by the joint curriculum committee and will be available for review on the KDE website (xxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx). KDE further agrees that the Career and Technical Education Program of Studies will encourage the integration of technical and academic content in a meaningful, applied way, and that, when possible, instructors of all courses will implement applied teaching techniques as appropriate to classroom content. The parties agree that there will be no charge to students for any articulated credit covered in this agreement, either when the course is taken as a secondary student or when the student enrolls at Xxxxxxxx University transcription of these credits. . Further, there will be no fees associated with the The parties further agree that the KDE personnel and SU will maintain relationships that will permit continued development, refinement and implementation of all components of the program, including evaluation, marketing, counseling, recruitment and retention plans.
E-Commerce. All Revenues collected by either party from e-commerce offered on the Products not involving products or services of GEMS or its affiliates, shall be divided 90% to HealthGate and 10% to GEMS. Any Revenues collected by either party from e-commerce offered on the Products involving products or services of GEMS or its affiliates, for the first two and one-half years following the date of this Agreement, shall be retained 100% by GEMS, and any such Revenues collected after such two and one-half year period shall be divided as the parties negotiate in good faith considering (a) the level of effort expended by each party to enable such e-commerce, (b) prevailing market conditions, (c) comparable third party web-based distribution fees, (d) the price points of GEMS Products, (e) the volume of sales and (f) in no event shall be any less favorable to GEMS than the fees charged by HealthGate to others.
E-Commerce. When instructed by Company, Contractor will be required to obtain and maintain equipment, software and services necessary to transmit and receive documents electronically through Company’s designated third party e-commerce provider (“E-Commerce Provider”). At Company’s direction, Contractor will use the E-Commerce Provider to receive, confirm, revise and/or provide various communications and documents including, without limitation, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, delivery notices, credit memos and agreement releases. Company reserves the right to require any Contractor communication or document to be processed via the E-Commerce Provider. Contractor understands that Contractor communications or documents (including invoices) that are not properly processed via the E-Commerce Provider may be rejected (unpaid) by Company until properly processed. Contractor shall, at its own expense, maintain the equipment, software and services necessary to utilize the E-Commerce Provider’s services. Further, Contractor agrees that it will be responsible for any potential fees imposed by the E- Commerce Provider for Contractor’s use of the E-Commerce Provider’s services. Company reserves the right to change its E-Commerce Provider at any time upon written notice.
E-Commerce. 13. The working hours of the Online store are from 00:00 to 24:00. Terms for pick-up and / or delivery are from 9 am to 9 pm.
E-Commerce. Broadlane maintains BroadLink and the Web-based Interface as its private electronic market places. At Broadlane’s request, Supplier must use either of BroadLink or the Web-based Interface, and execute a BSA or other e-commerce support agreement in a form mutually agreeable to Supplier and Broadlane within 60 days after Broadlane’s request. If Supplier does not execute a BSA or other support agreement as set forth in this Section 8.2, then Broadlane may, as its sole remedy, terminate this Agreement upon 30 days’ prior written notice without cost or penalty.
