Common use of E A S Clause in Contracts

E A S. (a) the State and the Company are the parties to the agreement ratified by the Iron Ore Beneficiation (BHP) Agreement Xxx 0000, which agreement is hereinafter called “the Principal Agreement”;

E A S. (a) the State and the Company are the parties to the agreement ratified by the Iron Ore Beneficiation Ore-Direct Reduced Iron (BHP) Agreement Xxx 0000, which agreement is hereinafter called “the Principal Agreement”;

E A S. (a) the State and the Company are the parties to the agreement ratified by the Iron Ore Beneficiation Ore-Direct Reduced Iron (BHP) Agreement Xxx 0000Act 1996, which agreement is hereinafter called “"the Principal Agreement”";
