UNION MEMBERSHIP AND CHECKOFF 5.01 Neither the Employer nor the Union will compel employees to join the Union. OWNERSHIP AND RISK 8.1 Miele remains the owner of the product/s until the price is paid in full to Miele and the product/s have been delivered to the customer.

MLSSAZ data is provided solely for publication on the Internet as a tool for consumers to search and view properties available for sale, which have been listed with MLSSAZ members. Utilizing the listing data for any purpose not outlined in this Agreement is not permitted and violates the copyright held by MLSSAZ.
