DUTY TO NOTIFY US. Should you discover that your Card or PIN/TIN is lost, stolen or used in an unauthorised way, you must notify us as soon as reasonably practicable upon discovery of the loss, theft or unauthorised use by calling our Customer Services Hotline at 2290 8888 or our Report Lost or Stolen Card Hotline at 2832 6603. In certain circumstances, we may also require you to make a police report accompanied by written confirmation of the loss, theft or unauthorised use and any other information that we may require.
