Duty to Bargain. ‌ Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as to diminish the obligation of the parties to discuss and/or negotiate over those subjects appropriate under the law and to the extent that the Employer and/or its agencies, contractors or subcontractors, has lawful control over those subjects. This specifically includes the wages, benefits, hours and terms and conditions of employment of members of the bargaining unit.
