Duty to Assist. As reasonably requested by the Company and only with respect to Intellectual Property created by Advisor for the Company as provided in paragraph 8 above, Advisor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to assist the Company in obtaining and enforcing in its own name any such Intellectual Property right. Advisor’s obligation to assist the Company shall continue beyond the termination of Advisor’s relationship with the Company.
Duty to Assist. As requested by the Company, Advisor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to assist the Company in obtaining and enforcing in its own name any patent, copyright or other protection, which the Company elects to obtain or enforce for its inventions, original works of authorship, developments, concepts, know-how, improvements and trade secrets. Advisor’s obligation to assist the Company in obtaining and enforcing patents, copyrights and other protections shall continue beyond the termination of Advisor’s relationship with the Company, but the Company shall compensate Advisor at a reasonable rate after the termination of such relationship for time actually spent at the Company’s request providing such assistance.
Duty to Assist. As requested by the Company, Director shall take all steps reasonably necessary to assist the Company in obtaining and enforcing in its own name any patent, copyright or other protection which the Company elects to obtain or enforce for its inventions, original works of authorship, developments, concepts, know-how, improvements and trade secrets. Director’s obligation to assist the Company in obtaining and enforcing patents, copyrights and other protections shall continue beyond the termination of Director’s relationship with the Company, but the Company shall compensate Director at a reasonable rate after the termination of such relationship for time actually spent at the Company’s request providing such assistance.
Duty to Assist. The Processor shall, at the request of the Controller, assists the Controller in ensuring compliance with the obligations pursuant to the GDPR articles 32 to 36, such as: • notifications to the supervisory/regulatory authorities (Datatilsynet) regarding breach of the personal data information security • notifications to the registered person regarding breach of the personal data information security • data impact assessments and/or prior consultations
Duty to Assist. During Xxxx. Xxxxxxx’x secondment to Vycor Group, Xxxx. Xxxxxxx shall promptly notify Vycor Group of any and all known or suspected instances of infringement, reverse engineering, or other misuse of Confidential Information or of Vycor Group’s trademarks or patents insofar as within the actual knowledge of Xxxx.Xxxxxxx. Xxxx. Xxxxxxx further agrees to assist Vycor Group as necessary to assert its legal rights against parties engaging in such unlawful acts subject to Xxxx. Xxxxxxx being kept free of expense.
Duty to Assist. The Parties shall assist each other in the filing of patent applications under the preceding Section and in the maintenance and defense of corresponding patents, including furnishing each other with all required declarations and records. The expenses shall be borne by the assisted Party. The Parties shall also assist each other in the registration of licenses granted under this Agreement, as required by law.
Duty to Assist. In the event of any violation or suspected violation of any provision of this Article 8, Distributor shall immediately notify INFO and shall, at its expense, assist INFO in the enforcement of such provision against any employee, agent or representative of Distributor or Customer. 7.04

Servco shall assist the Client and the third party in the exercise of Client’s step-in rights including: (a) facilitating access to Servco’s relevant files and systems as required by the Client or the third party selected by Client after such third party’s execution of a confidentiality agreement reasonably acceptable to Servco; (b) providing access to Client’s Confidential Information, information, data and records as required by the Client or the third party selected by Client after such third party’s execution of a confidentiality agreement reasonably acceptable to Servco; and (c) making Servco personnel available to provide information and assistance as required by Client or the third party selected by Client. 6.1.4

The Executive’s obligation is to assist the Company shall continue beyond the termination of the Executive’s relationship with the Company, but the Company shall compensate the Executive at a reasonable rate after the termination of such relationship for time actually spent at the Company’s request providing such assistance.
