Duty Free Lunch and Relief Breaks. Every certificated employee shall be entitled to one (1) duty-free lunch break of no less than thirty (30) minutes each day. Staff and principal shall work together to arrive at a mutually agreeable method of providing relief periods for teachers both morning and afternoon.
