Duties on Termination. Upon Termination of Employment of --------------------- Executive for any reason, the Executive or his or her personal representative shall deliver promptly to the Company all equipment, notebooks, documents, memoranda, reports, files, books, keys, correspondence, lists or other written or graphic records, and the like, relating to the business of the Company or its subsidiaries, and all other property of the Company or its subsidiaries, which are then in the Executive's possession or his or her personal representative or under his or her control.
