Duties of the Supplier with regard of the processing of the Personal Data mentioned in the previous provisions of this article, Supplier guaranties that it will live up to the compliance with the regulations set out by the GDPR for the processing of Personal Data. Supplier will process the Personal Data and other data that is supplied to Supplier by or on behalf of FMC. Supplier will, within reasonable time and upon request by FMC, inform FMC about the measures taken with regard to Suppliers obligations under this article. The obligations of Supplier under this article, or resulting from this article, will also apply to parties who process Personal Data under supervision of Supplier, notwithstanding the responsibility of Supplier. Supplier shall notify FMC immediately in case, according to Supplier, any instruction of FMC is not in compliance with the GDPR or other legislation or regulations regarding the privacy. Supplier shall provide FMC the necessary cooperation and assistance in case, in the context of the processing of the Personal Data, a Data Privacy Impact Analysis, or a foregoing consultation of the Supervisory Authority, may be required.
Duties of the Supplier. 7.1 The Supplier shall during the Period in the event of any of the Equipment becoming temporarily unusable (other than as a result of accident, damage, theft or vandalism) endeavour to make available replacement equipment (not necessarily of the same type and age) for collection by the Customer within 48 hours (or so soon as is practicable) after receipt of notification from the Customer requesting the same.

Duties of the Supplier. (a) The Supplier shall service and administer the Receivables and perform such other duties of the Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to the Receivables (collectively, the “Delegated Duties”) as the Servicer shall request; provided, however, that such performance shall not, unless otherwise requested by the Servicer, include (A) making or directing deposits to or withdrawals from the Collection Account, the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account or any Series Accounts, or (B) instructing the Trustee to perform or act in any manner. In connection with such performance, the Supplier shall, as agent for the Servicer, take all actions reasonably requested by the Servicer to service and administer the Receivables in accordance with the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the applicable Credit Card Agreements, the applicable Credit Card Guidelines, and, to the extent consistent with the foregoing, the Supplier’s customary and usual servicing procedures for servicing credit card receivables comparable to such Receivables. As agent for the Servicer, the Supplier shall have full power and authority, acting alone or through the Servicer, to do any and all things in connection with such servicing and administration which it may deem necessary or desirable and which is permitted of the Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, excluding any power to direct the Trustee or take any action with respect to the Trustee’s accounts.

Duties of the Supplier. 4.1 THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPPLIER The production of the house number signs and installation of these shall be completed in accordance with the Agreement, and shall be performed efficiently, effectively and to a high professional standard. The Supplier shall cooperate with the Contractor in good faith, and shall attend to the interests of the Contractor. Requests from the Contractor shall be replied to without undue delay. The Supplier shall, without undue delay, give notice of circumstances that the Contractor understands, or ought to understand, may be of relevance to the completion of the Assignment, including any expected delays.
Duties of the Supplier. The Supplier: 2.1 uses the reasonable skill and care normally exercised by recognised professional firms or by highly skilled and experienced service providers providing services of a similar scope, type and complexity to the Installation Services; 2.2 provides Cabins in good working order and performs the Installation Services in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement so that the Cabins can be used safely and without risk to health; 2.3 acts in accordance with all reasonable written instructions and directions of the Hirer or the Hirer’s Representative; 2.4 complies with all applicable laws, enactments and regulations; 2.5 complies with Schedule 2 Contract Requirements - HSEA; 2.6 complies with Schedule 3Corporate Social Responsibility; 2.7 provides the safety and operating information for the Cabins required by this Agreement; 2.8 provides suitably qualified and competent personnel; and 2.9 complies with the security vetting procedures below: 2.9.1 The Supplier assures the Hirer that Supplier Personnel have been subject to legally required pre-employment screening. As a minimum this includes identity verification and UK right to work checks.
Duties of the Supplier. The Supplier is liable for the Consultant’s performance of the Service in accordance with good IT practice. The Service shall be completed in accordance with the Consultancy Agreement and be performed efficiently and effectively. The Consultant shall cooperate with the Customer in good faith and shall act in the interests of the Customer. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, the Consultant is entitled to free use of the Customer’s equipment, including its computers, telephones, printers, IT-solutions etc. during the performance of the Service. The Supplier pays the cost for the Consultant’s equipment such as mobile phones and laptops, but not for equipment and software that the Consultant must procure in order to provide the Service. The Consultant shall notify the Customer on relations the Consultant understands may affect the performance of the Service.
