Common use of Duties of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Employee. (a) The Employee shall serve as Senior Vice President, Human Relations of the Company and the Employee agrees to perform such duties and responsibilities customarily associated with the position, including without limitation the duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer.

(a) The Employee shall serve as Senior Executive Vice President, Human Relations President & Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Employee agrees to perform such duties and responsibilities customarily associated with the position, including without limitation the duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Employee shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

(a) The Employee shall serve as Senior Vice President, Human Relations Sales & Marketing of the Company and the Employee agrees to perform such duties and responsibilities customarily associated with the position, including without limitation the duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer.

(a) The Employee shall serve as Senior an Executive Vice President, Human Relations Operations of the Company and the Employee agrees to perform such duties and responsibilities customarily associated with the position, including without limitation the duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer.
