Duties of the Agents. 7.1 The obligations of the Agents are several and not joint. No Agent shall be obliged to perform additional duties set out in any Final Terms and thereby incorporated into the Conditions unless it shall have previously agreed to perform such duties. If the Conditions are amended on or after a date on which any Agent accepts any appointment in a way that affects the duties expressed to be performed by such Agent, it shall not be obliged to perform such duties as so amended unless it has first approved the relevant amendment. No Agent shall be under any obligation to take any action under this Agreement that it expects, and has so notified the Issuer in writing, will result in any expense to or liability of such Agent, the payment of which is not, in its opinion, assured to it within a reasonable time.

In furtherance of the foregoing, the Administrative Agent shall take (or, in the case of the immediately preceding sentence, cause to be taken) all appropriate action that the Issuing Entity or the Owner Trustee is required to take pursuant to the Indenture, including, without limitation, such of the foregoing as are required with respect to the following matters under the Indenture (references are to Sections of the Indenture):
