Duties of the Agent. 4.1 The Agent undertakes to the Corporate Member subject to clause 4.3(d), that it will comply with Lloyd’s Acts 1871 to 1982 and with the requirements of the Council, and will have regard to the codes of practice from time to time promulgated or made by the Council, which are applicable to it as a managing agent at Lloyd’s.
