Common use of Duties of Employee Clause in Contracts

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Employer or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may determine. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s supervision; and (v) such other and further duties as may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Senior Vice President & and Chief Financial Officer for Employer or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may determine. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s supervision; and (v) such other and further duties as may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Employer or its Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Employer – Business Development of Employer, or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may reasonably determine. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or of relevant funds; (iiiii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iviii) the direction, review and oversight of all programs matters under Employee’s supervision; and (viv) such other and further duties as are consistent with his position and which may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates as may be required by EmployerEmployer or its Affiliates, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Vice President & – Chief Financial Officer for Employer of Xxxx Macau, or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer or Xxxx Macau may reasonably determine. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or of relevant funds; (iiiii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iviii) the direction, review and oversight of all programs matters under Employee’s supervision; and (viv) such other and further duties as are consistent with his position and which may be assigned by Employer or Xxxx Macau to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates as may be required by EmployerEmployer or its Affiliates, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s 's Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee’s duties shall includethe President or Chairman of the Board of Employer, including but not be limited to: to (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Employer's Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or of relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all operations and programs under Employee’s 's supervision; and (v) such other and further duties specifically related to such duties as may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to timeEmployee. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s 's Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned ------------------ to Employee by Hollywood Casino Corporation, a Delaware corporation and the parent of Employer ("HCC"), as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Employer or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may determine. Employee’s duties shall includePresident-Operations of HCC, including but not be limited to: to (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and the operating units of its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or of relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all operations and programs under Employee’s 's supervision; and (v) such other and further duties specifically related to such duties as may be assigned by Employer HCC to Employee from time to timeEmployee. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s HCC's Affiliates as may be required by EmployerHCC, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer and HCC hereunder."

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for President—Architecture of Employer or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may determine. Employee’s duties shall include, including, but not be limited to: to (ia) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Employer's Affiliates; , (iib) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; , (iiic) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; , (ivd) the direction, review and oversight of all programs and projects under Employee’s 's supervision; , and (ve) such other and further related duties as may be specifically assigned by Employer to Employee from time to timeEmployee. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s 's Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Vice President President—Investor Relations & Chief Financial Officer Treasurer for Employer or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may determine. Employee’s duties shall include, including, but not be limited to: to (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Employer's Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s 's supervision; and (v) such other and further duties specifically related to such duties as may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to timeEmployee. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s 's Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Employer or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may determine. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient supervision of legal and continuous operation compliance efforts of Employer and its AffiliatesEmployer; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iviii) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s supervision; and (viv) such other and further related duties as may be specifically assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Employer or its Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.”

Duties of Employee. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s supervision; and (v) such other and further duties as may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for of Le Rêve, and shall hold such offices with Employer or and perform such other similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer its Board of Directors may determine. Employee’s duties shall include, including, but not be limited to: to (ia) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Employer's Affiliates; , (iib) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; , (iiic) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; , (ivd) the direction, review and oversight of all programs and projects under Employee’s 's supervision; , and (ve) such other and further related duties as may be specifically assigned by Employer to Employee from time to timeEmployee. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s 's other Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Employer General Manager of Xxxx Macau, or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may reasonably determine. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or of relevant funds; (iiiii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iviii) the direction, review and oversight of all programs matters under Employee’s supervision; and (viv) such other and further duties as are consistent with his position and which may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates as may be required by EmployerEmployer or its Affiliates, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s supervision; and (v) such other and further duties as may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunderEmployer.

Employee’s 's duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or of relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s 's supervision; and (v) such other and further duties as may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s 's Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Employer or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may determine. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient supervision of legal and continuous operation compliance efforts of Employer and its AffiliatesEmployer; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iviii) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s supervision; and (viv) such other and further related duties as may be specifically assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Employer or its Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.” c. Employer and Employee agree to amend Section 6 of the Agreement in its entirety to read as follows: “6.

The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates 's Affiliate as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Notwithstanding anything express or implied herein to time. The foregoing notwithstandingthe contrary, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s 's Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s 's primary duties to Employer hereunder.

Duties of Employee. Employee shall perform such duties assigned to Employee by Employer as are generally associated with the duties of Sr. Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for – General Counsel of Employer or such similar duties as may be assigned to Employee by Employer as Employer may determine. Employee’s duties shall include, including, but not be limited to: to (ia) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Employer’s Affiliates; , (iib) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; , (iiic) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; , (ivd) the direction, review and oversight of all programs and projects under Employee’s supervision; , and (ve) such other and further related duties as may be specifically assigned by Employer to Employee from time to timeEmployee. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s other Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunderhereunder and that Employee is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Duties of Employee. Employee’s duties shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the efficient and continuous operation of Employer and its Affiliates; (ii) the preparation of relevant budgets and allocation or relevant funds; (iii) the selection and delegation of duties and responsibilities of subordinates; (iv) the direction, review and oversight of all programs under Employee’s supervision; and (v) such other and further duties as may be assigned by Employer to Employee from time to time. The foregoing notwithstanding, Employee shall devote such time to Employer’s Affiliates as may be required by Employer, provided such duties are not inconsistent with Employee’s primary duties to Employer hereunder.
