Common use of Duties of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Duties of Consultant. 9.1 During the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall devote such of his time, attention and abilities to the business of the Company as is reasonably necessary for the proper exercise of his duties pursuant to this Agreement.
