Duties of City. CITY shall provide pertinent information regarding its requirements for the project. CITY shall examine documents submitted by CONSULTANT and shall render decisions pertaining thereto promptly, to avoid unreasonable delay in the progress of CONSULTANT'S work.

Duties of City. 4.1 The City Manager will represent CITY for all purposes under this Contract. CITY’s Manager of Human Services within the City’s Community Services Department is designated as the Program Manager for the City Manager. The Program Manager will supervise the performance, progress, and execution of the Program, and will be assisted by the Program Assistant II for the Office of Human Services. The Program Manager and/or Program Assistant II of the Office of Human Services may conduct site visits of CONSULTANT’s facility(s) during the Contract term.
Duties of City. City agrees to construct, at City’s expense, a cement parking pad with parking structure cover sufficient in size to park one City-owned Bookmobile (the “Bookmobile”) at a location designated on Exhibit A, (the “Bookmobile Pad and Structure”). The Bookmobile Pad and Structure are to be built in accordance with all applicable City of Lompoc laws and regulations, including but not limited to building, zoning and storm water regulations. City will provide, at its expense, all labor and equipment to clear the ground, scarify the earth, trench if necessary to access electricity from adjacent electrical panel, install emergency electrical shutoff switch, pour, design and build the Bookmobile Pad and Structure. At such a time as City, Provider and District mutually agree to no longer use the Bookmobile Pad and Structure for the Bookmobile, or a replacement for the Bookmobile, City, at its expense, will remove the Bookmobile Pad and Structure and return the area to its original condition or cede the Bookmobile Pad and Structure to District, if District request that latter.
Duties of City. CITY shall supply any documents or information available to City required by CONSULTANT for performance of its duties. Any materials provided shall be returned to CITY upon completion of the work.
