Duties as Sub-Adviser. Subject to paragraph 7 below, the Adviser may, in its discretion, appoint each Sub-Adviser to perform one or more of the following services with respect to all or a portion of the investments of each Fund. The services and the portion of the investments of each Fund to be advised or managed by each Sub-Adviser shall be as agreed upon from time to time by the Adviser and the Sub-Advisers.
