Duties and Title. Employee’s title shall be that of President and Chief Executive Officer. Employee shall have such powers and perform such duties as are customarily performed by a Chief Executive Officer, including management responsibility for all of the day to day operations of Employer. Employee shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company. Employee shall perform his duties to the best of his abilities and shall devote substantially all of his working time to such duties.

Duties and Title. Employee’s title shall be that of Vice President of Washington Operations. Employee shall have management responsibility for all of the day to day operations of Employer in the State of Washington including acting as the Chief Operating Officer of the Employer’s mini-casinos. The Executive shall have such power and authority as shall reasonably be required to enable him to perform his duties hereunder in any efficient manner; provided, that in exercising such power and authority and performing such duties, he shall at all times be subject to the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors of the Corporation. Executive shall not be required to perform his duties from the Corporation’s corporate headquarters.
