Common use of Duties and Scope of Employment Clause in Contracts

Duties and Scope of Employment. (a) During the Employment Term, Executive will serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer reporting to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), and will perform the duties, consistent with this position, as the Board may assign.
