DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF GRANTEE. A. In addition to the Fiscal Impact Requirements, the Grantee agrees to: (1) maintain operations at the Project Location from at least the Commencement Date until the end of the Reporting Period, and (2) employ at least eighty percent (80%) of the Grantee’s Base Employment Number between the Training Deadline and the end of the Reporting Period.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF GRANTEE. A. Pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code § 5-28-25 and this Agreement, the Grantee shall submit an IDGF Claim Form to the IEDC after a Milestone has been completed. The IDGF Claim Form must have sufficient detail and supporting documentation to allow for verification. The form and medium of the IDGF Claim Form must be substantially similar to Exhibit B. The Grantee agrees to supply additional information upon request of the IEDC.
