Duties and Powers. 2.1 The Executive shall exercise such powers, perform such duties (if any) commensurate with his status as Chief Financial Officer and comply with such reasonable and lawful directions in relation to the business of the Company or any other Group Company as the Board or any person authorised by the Board for the purpose may, from time to time, confer upon or assign or give to him.
