Duties and Position. The Company hires the Employee in the capacity of General Manager. The Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at the Company's discretion from time to time.

Duties and Position. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to be employed by and to serve the Company as its Chief Financial Officer. The Company agrees to employ and retain Executive in such capacity and Executive accepts and agrees to such employment, subject to the general supervision, advice and direction of the Chairman of the Company. Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily performed by a Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded United States company. Executive shall devote substantially all of his business time to the performance of his duties as Chief Financial Officer.
Duties and Position. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall provide services to the Company in accordance with this Agreement in the capacities of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company and as an executive officer, in the capacities identified on Exhibit A, of one or more Affiliates (as that term is defined in Section 5.4) of the Company; provided, however, that at the request of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at any time and from time to time, Executive shall serve in such other capacity or capacities, of at least equal standing and dignity as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company and, with respect to any Affiliate of the Company, of at least equal standing and dignity as the positions identified on Exhibit A; and provided further that Executive shall serve as chief financial officer of any Affiliate of the Company that is required to file periodic reports pursuant to section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (“the Exchange Act”) and of any Affiliate that, as a result of any reorganization involving the Company, is an entity controlling the Company or the assets or operations that were the Company’s immediately prior to such reorganization. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and shall perform such duties and responsibilities consistent with her positions as shall be assigned to her by the Board. Executive shall serve as director of the board of directors of each operating subsidiary that is an Affiliate controlled by the Company.
Duties and Position the Company hires the Employee in the capacity of C.F.O.. The Employee's duties may be reasonably modified by the Company's board of directors from time to time.
Duties and Position. Gist shall be employed as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Employer and shall report to Employer’s President. Gist shall have such duties as are customarily performed by persons serving in similar capacities in other businesses similar to Employer’s business. Gist shall devote his full working time, attention, and best efforts to performing all reasonably assigned responsibilities. Gist shall not, while employed by Employer, engage in any other business or employment without the prior written approval of Employer’s President or Board of Directors (the “Board”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein is intended or shall be construed as preventing Gist from engaging in such civic, charitable, or political activities as do not interfere with the performance of Gist’s duties hereunder.
Duties and Position. As Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the Employee’s duties shall include those commonly associated with the office of chief executive officer. The Employee will report to the Board and will comply with all lawful instructions given by the Board.

The Corporation hires the Consultant in the capacity of Corporate Accountant and avails itself to take advantage of services offered by the Consultant that may include any or all services, and which involves the services required for the development of existing and future projects for the benefit of the Corporation.
Duties and Position. The Company employs Xx. Xxxxxx as President. The Employee will have such duties as are assigned or delegated to the Employee by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors.
