During the Service Period. 2.1 Roberts shall sexxx xx the Chairman of the Board, or such other officer position as agreed to by Roberts and the Cxxxxxx (unless he chooses to withdraw from such position in connection with his making a Consultant Election described in Section 3.2), and, in such position, he shall have such powers and duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board in accordance with Section 4-6 of the Company's By-Laws.

During the Service Period. A. Company shall pay T2 as compensation for Xxxxxxxx Article IV Services pursuant to this Section, an Annual Base Payment of not less than Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) of which One Hundred Thousand Dollars will be paid directly to T2 and Two Hundred Thousand Dollars will be paid to AG pursuant to the terms of the Engagement Letter. T2’s Annual Base Payment shall be reviewed at least annually by the governing Board of Company and may be subject to increases at such reviews (but not decreases). As partial consideration for the Annual Base Payment, T2 shall provide and employ at least one person attached to its Kansas City Office (Shawnee, Kansas) for Fifty Thousand, ($50,000) per year, who shall help coordinate Xxxxxxxx with Company, and with the aide whom shall accompany Xxxxxxxx, and assist in the services set forth in Subsection D, below.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.

  • SERVICES TERM Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Service that you order will start at the earlier of (a) your first use of the Service, (b) the date you purchased the Service, or (c) the start date contained in the Order Form, and, in each case, will end at the expiration of the Services Term unless sooner terminated as set forth below. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration as the original Services Term, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the applicable Services Term. Any Services that you order must be consumed during the applicable Services Term and any unused Services will expire.
