Common use of During the period of leave Clause in Contracts

During the period of leave. the Employer shall continue to pay the Employer's portion of hospital, medical, dental group life, pension and other benefits included and prescribed by the Employment Standards Act, 2000 if the employee elects, in writing, to continue her share of the premiums. If deductions for the employee's share of the premiums are required, the Employer shall deduct these amounts from the SUB payments.
