Common use of Duration Clause in Contracts

Duration. The Contract is effective on September 1, 2020, and terminates on August 31, 2025, unless extended or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. Continued funding of the Contract in future years is contingent upon the availability of funds and the satisfactory performance of the Grantee during the prior Contract period.
