Common use of Duration of Trust Clause in Contracts

Duration of Trust. The Trust, unless terminated pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII hereof, shall exist until October 1, 2025, PROVIDED that such date may be extended to the extent necessary to permit the winding up of the affairs of the Trust.
