DURATION OF THE GUARANTEE. 14.1 The Bureaux may limit in time the duration of the guarantee due in accordance with Article 10 for all vehicles, on the basis of reciprocal agreement signed with other bureaux and communicated to the Council of Bureaux.

DURATION OF THE GUARANTEE. The Guarantor’s undertaking under this Guarantee will automatically expire as soon as the Guarantor has paid the amount covered by this Guarantee, or in case the Guarantee has not been requested under the conditions set out above, on the first of the following dates:

DURATION OF THE GUARANTEE. 5.1.1 This Warranty will remain valid for a period of 5 years (60 months) from the date shown on the invoice. In any case, and only with reference to the power components of the Products, the Warranty has a maximum duration of 25,000 hours (corresponding to 12 hours of daily operation)
DURATION OF THE GUARANTEE. (a) This Guarantee shall be a continuing guarantee; provided, however, that the Guarantor may terminate this Guarantee with regard to Obligations of any or all of the Guaranteed Subsidiaries effective not less than thirty (30) days after receipt by machine confirmed facsimile of written notice of termination from Guarantor to Beneficiary (such thirty (30) days to include the date upon which confirmed notice is received).
