Duration of the assignment. Under this assignment, the expert will be contracted for the period from of 10 June, 2020 to 10 September, 2020. The Level of Effort required of the Expert, understood to be represented by the scope of work, is estimated to be up to 7 working-days. The contract between SHUKALB and the expert will be signed under the Laws of Albania.
Duration of the assignment. The assignment shall be undertaken over a period of four (4) years divided into three separate phases, the first two phases shall be of one year duration and the third which is the final phase shall be of two years duration. At the end of each phase the client shall assess the consultant’s performance before approving the commencement of the next one. The consultant shall be required to carry out two “Repeat Surveys” in the second and third year of the assignment in addition to the routine assessment works. In the final year, the consultant shall carry out one “Repeat Survey” annually before preparing the “Final Report” of the works that shall incorporate the findings of assignment for the whole period of the work and the way forward.
Duration of the assignment. This agreement shall commence on . Unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause 10 of our Standard Terms of Service or this clause, this agreement shall continue for months (Initial Term) and shall automatically extend for 12 months (Extended Term) at the end of the Initial Term and at the end of each Extended Term. You may give written notice to us no later than six months before the end of the Initial Term or the relevant Extended Term, to terminate this agreement at the end of the Initial Term, or the relevant Extended Term, as the case may be. The nature of the Services is such that a substantial part of the work is provided early on, the latter stages will involve monitoring, amending and improving the structures and documentation initially put in place. As a result, should you terminate this agreement prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or any Extended Term, the full amount of the fixed fee payable for the Initial Term or the relevant Extended Term (as the case may be) will become immediately due and payable. These arrangements are subject to our overriding discretion to terminate this agreement at any time on three months’ written notice to you.

Duration of the assignment. (1) This agreement shall be in force retrospectively from 1st January 2010. The agreement shall continue for an unlimited period and may be terminated subject to a notice period of 6 months per 31st December of any year, but at the earliest per the end of the third contractual year.
Duration of the assignment. The overall timeframe of the assignment is 36 weeks effective from the signature of the RPA (Responsible Party Agreement). Time extensions, if deemed necessary, can only be granted through agreement extension. Urgent cases that could justify delays of works are mainly due to security reasons, or conflicts in areas of implementation and extreme weather conditions.
