Duration of Insurance. The insurance referred to in Article 14 and in this Article 15 shall be effected before the Project is commenced. The builder's risk insurance shall be maintained effective until the Date of Substantial Project Completion of the Project. The general liability and workers' compensation insurance shall be maintained throughout the period during which Westfield and/or any of its Contractors are performing work on the Project.
