Common use of Duration of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Duration of Confidentiality. All obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the parties under this Agreement shall expire ten (10) years after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that Confidential Information which constitutes the trade secrets of a party shall be kept confidential indefinitely, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 9.4 through 9.5.

Duration of Confidentiality. All Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.5 of this Agreement, all obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the parties under this Agreement shall expire ten (10) years [***] after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that Confidential Information which constitutes the trade secrets of a party shall be kept confidential indefinitely and shall remain subject to the confidentiality and non-use provisions of this Article 9 indefinitely, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 9.4 through 9.59.2 and 9.3.

All obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the parties under this Agreement shall expire ten (10) [**] years after the expiration Initial Term or earlier termination renewal term of this AgreementAgreement during which the Confidential Information was disclosed; provided, however, that Confidential Information which that constitutes the trade secrets of a party if expressly labeled as such by the Disclosing Party at the time of disclosure shall be kept confidential indefinitely, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 9.4 through 9.513.2 and 13.3.

Duration of Confidentiality. All obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the parties Parties under this Agreement shall expire ten (10) [****] years after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that Confidential Information which constitutes the trade secrets of a party Party (including, e.g., Customer Licensed Know-How) shall be kept confidential indefinitely, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 9.4 through 9.5this Section 9.1.

Article 10, INVENTIONS.

Duration of Confidentiality. All obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the parties under this Agreement shall expire ten (10) years after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that Confidential Information which constitutes the trade secrets of a party shall be kept confidential indefinitely, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 9.4 17.3 through 9.517.5.

Duration of Confidentiality. All obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the parties Parties under this Agreement, including without limitation the period of confidentiality and non-use as set forth in the Confidentiality Agreement which is hereby amended by this Section 18.7, shall expire ten (10) years after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that Confidential Information which constitutes the trade secrets of a party shall be kept confidential indefinitely, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 9.4 through 9.5.
