Common use of Duration of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Duration of Appointment. The Consortium has offered and the Resident has accepted appointment to a position as a Resident in the GME Program at the PGY-3 level of training. This appointment shall be for a period beginning 7/1/2020 and ending 6/30/2021. The appointment period may be extended by mutual consent of Resident and the Consortium.
