Duration of Appointment. The Employment shall be deemed to have commenced on the Commencement Date and shall continue unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Duration of Appointment. The initial appointment is for a one-year period commencing 7/1/2021 and ending on 6/30/2022. Reappointment, advancement and completion of the academic year is contingent upon maintenance of academic good standing and satisfactory performance of assigned rotations, exams and duties as determined by evaluations by the director of the Program ("Program Director") and faculty.
Duration of Appointment. 1.1 The Consultant shall continue to provide the consultancy service to the Company on the terms of this agreement for a term from 27th November 2007 for a fixed term of two years unless or until terminated under the provisions of Clause 5.1 hereafter. The parties may extend the term of this Agreement for a further term of twelve months by mutual written agreement.
Duration of Appointment. The Consortium has offered, and the Resident has accepted appointment to a position as a Resident in the GME Program at the PGY-0 level of training. This appointment shall be for a period beginning 7/1/2022 and ending 6/30/2023. The appointment period may be extended by mutual consent of Resident and the Consortium.
Duration of Appointment. While it is generally understood that reasonable efforts will be taken to assure that a Resident/Fellow who has met all requirements of his/her training program and conducted himself/herself appropriately will be allowed to complete the training program to which he/she was accepted, this Contract is for (1) one twelve-month training period only and is subject to renewal prior to each academic year by mutual agreement until the training program is successfully completed. The terms and conditions of renewal and the terms and conditions of the Contract for future academic years may change at the University’s discretion or as required by the ACGME. In addition, acceptance into an initial residency or fellowship at the University does not assure acceptance into subsequent advanced training programs, nor does it assure transfer into another training program at the University.
Duration of Appointment. This agreement shall be for one academic year, beginning «Begin_Date» and ending «End_Date» unless terminated sooner pursuant to paragraph 5 below. PGY 1 residents will receive an extended contract that includes orientation to the program. Orientation time does not count toward educational time required to complete the program.
Duration of Appointment. The initial Salaried Adjunct position is a one year appointment. This position may be renewed, depending on the needs of the College. If the Salaried Adjunct position is continued past the one (1) year appointment, it will be offered to the incumbent unit member first, assuming satisfactory performance under Article 14, Performance Assessment. If the Salaried Adjunct position is held by a unit member for three consecutive years, it will be eligible to be considered to become a three-year appointment thereafter for as long as the position remains. If a Salaried Adjunct is under a three (3) year appointment under Article 10, Tier, the one (1) year contract as a Salaried Adjunct shall be part of the three (3) year appointment term.

Occasionally appointment might occur for less than one year as specified in the dates in Attachment A. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article 18, the term of this Agreement, and accordingly, the appointment created by this Agreement, shall commence on the date indicated on Attachment A (the “Effective Date”) and terminate on the date indicated on Attachment A (the “Term”). Resident understands and agrees that no additional appointment to the Program as a resident is guaranteed or to be implied from this Agreement or any other communication between the parties.
