Such reports shall include information on the Contractor’s Work, as well as completion status on the entire Project, showing percentages of completion. If the Project is administered using the State’s web-based project management software, the A/E shall issue written reports to the Contracting Authority, Owner, and Contractor through the “Field Reports” business process.
