The water supply permit for the City's land acquisition program shall be valid for ten (10) years and shall be renewable for an additional five (5) years upon written request from the City to NYSDEC with notice to the individual members of the Executive Committee. The City may, at any time, respond to direct inquiries from property owners anywhere in the Watershed.
