DURATION AND EXTENT. The Warrantors shall not be liable in respect of a Tax Liability unless they have received from the Buyer written notice of the Assessment for Tax which relates to that Tax Liability within seven years from Completion.
DURATION AND EXTENT. All licenses granted herein under any patent shall, notwithstanding the expiration of the LIMITED PERIOD, continue for the unexpired term of such patent, unless this Agreement or any licenses granted herein are terminated pursuant to the provisions of Article III.
DURATION AND EXTENT. 2.1 The Seller shall not be liable in respect of a liability arising under this Schedule unless it has received from the Buyer written notice of the Claim for Tax which relates to that Tax Liability within the date which is six years from the end of the accounting period in which Completion occurs.

DURATION AND EXTENT. 6.1 The Seller shall not be liable under the Tax Covenant or for breach of any of the Tax Warranties unless the Buyer has given written notice of the Claim for Tax which relates to that liability to the Seller within seven years of Completion.
DURATION AND EXTENT. The Contract Administration Phase will commence with the Award of FF&E Purchase Orders and will terminate when the Vendor has completed final FF&E punch list items for the Project.
DURATION AND EXTENT. The Vendors shall not be liable in respect of any Tax Claim unless details of the Tax Claim have been notified in writing to the Vendors' Representative within seven years of Completion provided that paragraph 1 of this part 4 and this paragraph 3 shall not apply to any Tax Claim which has arisen as a result of fraud or neglect on the part of any of the Vendors (at any time) or any Group Company (prior to Completion).

(a) All licenses granted herein by LUCENT-GRL to IGC under any patent and/or application shall continue for the entire unexpired term of such patent or term for any patents issuing from such applications, or for as much of such term as, and to the maximum extent that, LUCENT-GRL has the right to grant.

The Sellers shall not be liable in respect of any Tax Claim unless details of the Tax Claim have been notified in writing to the relevant Seller within seven years of Completion (and, for the avoidance of doubt, notification of a Claim for Tax in accordance with paragraph 5.1 of this Part shall not of itself constitute notice of a Tax Claim for the purposes of this paragraph 4 unless specific reference is made to this paragraph). Any Tax Claim which has been made against the Seller (and which has not been previously satisfied, settled or withdrawn) shall be deemed to have been withdrawn and shall become fully barred and unenforceable and no new Tax Claim may be made in respect of the same facts as those that gave rise to such Tax Claim unless legal proceedings in respect of such Tax Claim have commenced by both being issued and validly served within 12 months starting on the day of notification of the Tax Claim save that: (i) if the circumstances giving rise to the Tax Claim are such that the resulting loss suffered or which may be suffered is contingent then any such Tax Claim will instead be deemed to be withdrawn on the date falling 12 months after the contingent liability becomes an actual liability; or (ii) if the Tax Liability giving rise to the Tax Claim is not agreed with the Tax Authority and has not been determined by the Tax Authority then any such Tax Claim will instead be deemed to be withdrawn on the date falling 12 months from the date when written notification has been received by a Purchaser or the relevant Target Group Company from a Tax Authority confirming that the amount of the relevant Tax Liability is settled, agreed or determined such that the relevant Tax Authority does not in any way reserve its position.
DURATION AND EXTENT. All licenses granted herein under any patent shall terminate on the earlier of such patent's expiration or the end of the LIMITED PERIOD. If, upon the Effective Date hereof, the grantor has less than full rights, with respect to any of its patents, the license granted herein under such patent shall be limited to that which the grantor has the right to grant.
