DURATION AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. 30.1 This agreement has been mutually agreed upon by both parties and shall be effective July 1, 2019, and remain in force until June 30, 2022. This agreement shall be binding upon the Board and all classified employees and shall not be modified in whole or in part by either party without the written consent of both parties. No more than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of January 2019, OSEA shall file written notice with the District of its intent to amend, modify, continue or terminate this agreement.
