Common use of Duration and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective, July 1, 2016, and shall continue in full force and effect until midnight June 30, 2017 and thereafter for successive periods of one (1) year unless either party, on or before sixty (60) days prior to its expiration, notifies the other party in writing of its desire to terminate, modify, alter, change or renegotiate the Agreement, or any combination thereof. Such proper and timely notification shall have the effect of terminating the entire Agreement upon its expiration date.
