Common use of Duration and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of the Fall Semester 2014, and shall continue in full force and effect for three years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 2017. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 30, 2021, the first day of the Fall Semester 20142021, and shall continue in full force and effect for three two years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 27, 2023, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20172023. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 27, 2018, the first day of the Fall Semester 20142018, and shall continue in full force and effect for three two years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 23, 2020, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20172020. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of the Fall Semester 20142017, and shall continue in full force and effect for three years one year from the date of its execution until and including midnight of the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20172018. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 28, 2023, the first day of the Fall Semester 20142023, and shall continue in full force and effect for three years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 30, 2026, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20172026. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.
