  • Other Controller Audit Any other Controller may audit SAP’s control environment and security practices relevant to Personal Data processed by SAP in line with Section 5.1 only if any of the cases set out in Section 5.1 applies to such other Controller. Such audit must be undertaken through and by Customer as set out in Section 5.1 unless the audit must be undertaken by the other Controller itself under Data Protection Law. If several Controllers whose Personal Data is processed by SAP on the basis of the Agreement require an audit, Customer shall use all reasonable means to combine the audits and to avoid multiple audits.

  • Seal The seal of the Trust shall consist of a flat-faced die with the word "Massachusetts," together with the name of the Trust and the year of its organization cut or engraved thereon but, unless otherwise required by the Trustees, the seal shall not be necessary to be placed on, and in its absence shall not impair the validity of, any document, instrument or other paper executed and delivered by or on behalf of the Trust.

  • COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Survivability of Orders In the event the term of any order or Professional/Technical Services work order (“Order”) placed under this Contract extends past the termination or expiration of this Contract, the terms and conditions of this Contract shall remain in full force and effect as it applies to such order and will continue in effect for such order until the term of that order expires or the order is cancelled or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

  • Placement on the Secondary Recall List (a) Regular status employees who are separated from the service of the State in good standing (meaning no record of economic disciplinary sanctions in his/her personnel file) by layoff or transferred outside State government due to intergovernmental transfer shall, in addition to their right to be placed on the Agency Layoff List, be given the option of electing placement on the Secondary Recall List by geographic area for other AFSCME-represented bargaining units which utilize the same or successor classification from which they were laid off. The term of eligibility of candidates placed on the list shall be two (2) years from the date of layoff. When an employee is prohibited from participating in the secondary recall process due to the presence of an economic disciplinary sanction in his/her personnel file, that employee may request and shall be placed on the Secondary Recall List for the remainder of the two (2) years eligibility following layoff once the discipline has remained in the file for the length of time required by the agency’s contract.

  • Templates The Applicant shall use Templates provided by Alberta Innovates to comply with its Required Reporting Metrics, Reports obligations, and with the Survey requirements. Because the Reports may contain technical or proprietary information about the Project or the Applicant, the Templates will specify when a section will be considered non-confidential. The content of sections that are marked as non-confidential can be disclosed in the public domain. All other sections will be considered confidential, and thus can only be disclosed to the Government of Alberta and to Funding Partners, if any, in confidence, but to no other party.

  • Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).   • Comptroller General Examination of Record The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of this paragraph (d) if this contract was awarded using other than sealed bid, is in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold, as defined in FAR 2.101, on the date of award of this contract, and does not contain the clause at 52.215-2, Audit and Records-Negotiation.

  • Maintenance Department All employees in this section are subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement except as specifically covered in this section.
